A blade brush cutter is a powerful tool designed to tackle tough vegetation. It&s essentially a handheld power tool equipped with a rotating blade or set of blades. This blade is capable of cutting through thick grass, weeds, brush, and even small saplings.

The "TCT" designation stands for Tungsten Carbide Tips, a highly durable material that provides exceptional cutting performance and longevity.

Assembly:

  • To unmount the cutter blade, insert the hex wrench through the hole on the protector cover and receive washer.
  • Rotate the receive washer until it is locked with the hex wrench.
  • Loosen the hex nut (left-hand thread) with the hex socket wrench and remove the nut, cup, clamp washer and hex wrench.
  • Mount the cutter blade onto the shaft so that the guide of the receive washer fits in the arbour hole in the cutter blade.
  • Install the clamp washer, cup, and secure the cutter blade with the hex whilst holding the receive washer with hex wrench. Then tighten the hex nut by rotating it counter clockwise.
