Junior Sales Representative (Field & Merchandising)
Pretoria | Gauteng
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and target-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Pretoria.
This is a hands-on field and merchandising role for someone who enjoys being on the road, working with retail stores, building
strong relationships and turning product knowledge into real sales growth.
The successful candidate will visit customers according to a weekly call cycle, drive in-store product representation, assist with product demonstrations and activations, merchandise stock, maintain display stands and make sure our brands are presented professionally and effectively in-store.
A day in the life of a Junior Sales Rep:
You will service retail customers, conclude sales deals, process customer orders, resolve queries, offer product advice, support promotional activity, unpack and merchandise new stock, ensure planogram compliance and keep displays neat, branded and stocked with sellable products.
Qualities we are looking for:

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in the retail, hardware or power tool sector. Grade 12 is required, with a Sales and/or Marketing qualification being an advantage. A valid driver's licence, good planning skills, computer literacy and the ability to travel long distances and sleep out when required are essential.
