HR leads the employment life cycle from providing labour law compliance, record keeping, hiring, compensation, relational assistance and help with handling specific performance issues. Other tasks include documenting grievances, terminations, absences, performance reports, and compensation and benefits information. Truly a one-stop office for our employees.
